OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce your unique designs. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you customize our pre-designed collection. ODM offers faster turnaround and lower costs; OEM offers complete exclusivity.
How long does sampling take?
Sample production typically takes 7-14 days depending on complexity. For custom fabrics, allow an additional 7-10 days. We offer express sampling for urgent requirements.
What's your typical lead time?
Standard production takes 35-50 days from sample approval. ODM orders with minimal customization can be as fast as 25-35 days. Rush orders are available with additional fees.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our in-house design team can create tech packs, 3D renders, and patterns from your concepts. We also offer full design development services for brands that need end-to-end creative support.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically require 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For established clients, we offer flexible terms. Sample orders require full payment upfront.
